I am a university professor, entrepreneur, and innovation coach. I work with students, professionals, and corporate teams to develop and implement innovation strategies tailored to their unique goals and challenges. I lead design thinking and innovation workshops across a range of contexts, including product innovation, professional development and training, and career coaching. These highly interactive sessions are customized for each audience and help transform ideas into actionable solutions while fostering practical, forward-thinking approaches that spark creativity and drive impact.

I use the Innovation Journey as an action-driven approach to refine and advance ideas into impactful solutions by continually validating key assumptions about desirability, viability, and feasibility. The journey includes five phases: Scoping, Problem Exploration, Solution Development, Business Model Definition, and Pitching. These five phases help individuals and teams move from uncertainty to clarity by systematically exploring challenges, generating and testing ideas, and shaping thoughtful, purpose-driven solutions—whether for new products, services, or career paths. Each phase is supported by a set of hands-on, easy-to-use canvases that guide participants through the first, often uncertain, stages of innovation—turning ideas into tested, actionable solutions.
